AUDIOstream® warrants the following in accordance with AUDIOstream® products. AUDIOstream® warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use conditions, for a period of 90 days from original date of purchase. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in the duration to the length of this Warranty.

WHAT IS COVERED:
Except as specified below, this Warranty covers all labor and defects in material or workmanship.

AUDIOstream® agrees, at its option during the Warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship, or to furnish an equal product in exchange without charge. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction, and proof of purchase as confirmed by return of the product's registration card and a copy of an original dated sales receipt.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
The following is NOT covered by this warranty:

1) Damage, deterioration, malfunction or failure to meet performance specifications resulting from:

1. Accident (including being dropped), neglect, acts of God or nature, misuse, abuse, use as a commercial and/or professional unit, or modification of or to any part of the product.
2. Improper installation, removal or maintenance, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
3. Re-manufactured units or product sold AS IS.
4. Damage to external media such as DVD, CD, and/or tapes, speakers, accessories, or electrical systems.
5. Elimination of externally generated static or noise, or to correction of antenna problems (if applicable).
6. Shipping cost incurred to the repair center; however, AUDIOstream® will pay to return the unit to the purchaser.
7. Under no circumstances shall AUDIOstream® be liable for any loss (direct, indirect, incidental, foreseen, unforeseen, special or consequential) or for any damage arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this product.

REPAIR:
To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this Warranty, contact AUDIOstream® at 1-800-817-7024.
Upon contact with AUDIOstream®, a return authorization will be issued that must be written on the outside of the return package. A package that does not have a return authorization written on the outside of the package will be refused.

Instructions for return:

1. Pack the unit in a well-padded, sturdy carton.
2. Enclose a copy of your original sales receipt to verify the date of purchase.
3. Include your name, address and day-time phone number.

This warranty is non-transferable and can only be enforced by the original purchaser.

This warranty is valid only in the United States and grants specific legal rights. Rights may vary from state-to-state.
